Scott "Scotty" Pearl is a California licensed and bonded general contractor operating under the name of R.S. Pearl Construction. He has been a contractor for 10 years doing a variety of construction.  R. S. Pearl Construction is the builder and owner of Mountain Sheds and Millworks Cabinetry and Glass.

For 4 years worked primarily within Oak Creek Homes in Coarsegold, during which I had the opportunity to build 70 sheds, some carports and garages, and have completed countless other smaller projects.

Millworks is a continuation of this work, specializing in the construction market with emphasis on Custom Cabinetry and Custom Glass.

"I pride myself with having the best tools, proper equipment, supplies, and years of knowledge and experience. Prior to becoming a contractor, I was a police officer on the Central Coast for 10 years and am now retired.  Honesty and integrity are held in the highest regard".

Joey Otten attended Collins College in Phoenix Arizona, earning a Associate of the Arts degree after serving as a sergeant in the U.S. Army National Guard. All the while he was gaining work experience in Cabinetry and Glass. Joey relocated to California and landed a job with the special effects crew of a local movie being shot in the Sierra foothills, Mouse Hunt, and met alot of the locals in the North Fork area. Other work in the area found him working at a major Hotel in the mountains and was quickly promoted to General Manager in charge of Maintenance. He honed his trade here while remodeling many of the guest rooms with a "newer" version of the Old Fashioned theme, while focusing on fine detail, originalityand most of all quality.

Looking to the future, Master Craftsman Otten opened a local Cabinet shop where he offered designing fresh and new cabinet layouts as well as kitchen and bath remodeling. The customer needs and wants are addressed first and formeost. Otten always has an eagerness to experiment with new ideas.

Now joined with Millworks Cabinetry and Glass, Otten is excited to provide the mountain area with superior quality, refined workmanship and most of all, integrity.
